Effective: October 11, 2026 | Version 2.0 (Client-Side Architecture)
At DevPulse Suite (accessible via https://korafia.com), protecting user privacy is engineered directly into our application code. Unlike traditional SaaS portals that upload user inputs to remote databases, our suite executes calculations locally inside your client environment.
1. Zero-Transmission Client-Side Processing
We believe the most secure data is the data that is never sent. When you utilize any interactive tool on DevPulse Suite—including our Password Entropy Analyzer, Deep Work Pacer, or Freelance Rate Calculator:
- All mathematical evaluations occur exclusively within your web browser's local memory (RAM) via JavaScript.
- No entered passwords, sensitive financial figures, or schedule inputs are ever transmitted over the network, logged, or stored on our servers.
- Closing your browser tab completely purges all in-memory computation state.
2. Standard Web Server Log Files
DevPulse Suite follows industry-standard server logging procedures for operational telemetry and infrastructure monitoring. These logs include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser user-agent signatures, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and total HTTP request counts. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is utilized solely to analyze aggregate traffic patterns and safeguard server availability.
3. Google DoubleClick DART Cookies & Google AdSense
Google is an authorized third-party advertising partner on our platform. Google utilizes cookies, including DART cookies, to serve relevant advertisements to visitors based on visits to DevPulse Suite and other websites across the web.
- Third-party advertising vendors, including Google, employ cookies to display contextual and interest-based ads.
- Google's utilization of advertising cookies enables automated delivery of commercial creative units based on your browsing history.
- You may opt out of personalized interest-based advertising at any time by configuring your preferences at Google Ads Settings. Additional opt-out controls are available via the AboutAds Consumer Portal.
4. Third-Party Web Beacons & Ad Networks
Third-party advertising networks serve sponsored units directly into readers' browsers. In doing so, these servers automatically receive your IP address. They may also utilize JavaScript or Web Beacons to analyze ad campaign effectiveness.
DevPulse Suite maintains zero direct access or administrative authority over cookies placed by independent advertising servers.
5. CCPA Privacy Rights (California Consumer Privacy Act)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers possess distinct data governance rights:
- The right to request disclosure of personal data categories and specific pieces collected by a business.
- The right to request permanent deletion of collected consumer personal data.
- The right to direct a business to not sell consumer personal information.
We do not sell personal visitor records. Requests submitted regarding statutory rights receive a formal response within 30 days.
6. GDPR Statutory Data Protection Rights
In compliance with European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) mandates, every platform user is entitled to:
- Right of access: Request digital copies of your personal data held by us.
- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal records.
- Right to erasure: Request deletion of personal records under defined statutory criteria.
- Right to data portability: Request structured electronic transfer of records to another controller.
7. Children's Online Privacy Protection
Safeguarding young people online is a priority. DevPulse Suite does not knowingly collect or solicit any personally identifiable information from minors under 13 years of age. If you believe a minor has supplied personal details on our platform, please reach out to our privacy officer immediately for immediate record deletion.
